The following pictures were taken during major renovation work at a family home in Hunts Cross, Liverpool 25 (Spring / Summer 2008).

An overhaul of the front garden involved pruning of shrubs, clearing of borders, cutting and treatment of lawn and a new planting scheme.

 

A large section of the back garden was dug up re-turfed to create a children's play area. A slightly raised gravelled seating area was added at the back of the garden to benefit from maximum sunlight. Fence panels were replaced and treated, some poorly situated trees were removed and a large decked area adjacent to the house was built to provide additional outdoor living space.

The front of the house benefitted from new double glazed windows and new upvc front door, while the brickwork was rendered and repainted. The flat roof above the extension was also re-felted.

A new bathroom and kitchen were fitted, as the entire house was redecorated to a high standard.
